RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hiddenclosetdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and the return address privately. Please do not send an item back before receiving approval. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item. After the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact hiddenclosetdesign@gmail.com.
